Supply Chain

Strategic Partners Procurement

The Delivery Authority wishes to appoint three suitably qualified and experienced long-term Partners, to deliver the restoration and renewal works as part of an alliance arrangement.
  1. A Design Services Partner to undertake design services.
  2. An Integration Partner to oversee, manage and integrate the programme.
  3. A Construction Partner to support the development and completion of the design, procure and manage the supply chain and undertake and manage the works.

These long-term relationships will promote supply chain investment in skills and resources necessary to deliver a unique and challenging programme of work and, in parallel, permit the Restoration and Renewal Programme to drive its sustainability and socio-economic aspirations across the UK and across a range of different sized suppliers.

The three Strategic Partners will form an enterprise alliance - working together to deliver common outcomes.
